The main problem with TextSpeech Pro that the output sounds harsher, more tinny, and is not as smooth as with GhostReader. "read" can be pronounced "reed" or "red" depending on the context and you can choose which one is best for the output. It has the advantage of being able to customize pronunciation - thus making it more understandable (e.g. But it wins out based on how smooth and understandable the speech is.
